Treatment Services

• All treatment sales are final and non-refundable.

• If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately for evaluation. Adjustments or alternative treatments may be offered at the provider’s discretion.

Deposits & Prepayments

• Deposits for appointments are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future appointment if rescheduled within the cancellation policy timeframe.

• Prepaid treatments or packages must be used within the specified validity period and are non-transferable.

Retail Products

• Unopened, unused products may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

• If a product is defective or causes an allergic reaction, please provide proof of purchase and documentation of the reaction for assessment.

Gift Cards & Packages

• Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and must be used before their expiration date.

• Packages cannot be shared or transferred between individuals.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued under exceptional circumstances and are subject to management approval. Any applicable processing fees will be deducted.
